Cayley - Year 2/3
We love to take our learning outside!
We visited the community garden at the Memorial Park to learn about germination. We planted sweetcorn and will be returning in a few weeks to see how our plants are getting on!
Here we are grouping and classifying items from the garden. We sorted the vegetables from smallest to tallest.

Celebrating The Chinese New Year in the Cayley class. The children enjoyed watching a dragon dance and finding out about the year of the Rousteren. We then made our own dragons and created a dance together.

In the Cayley class we are having a go at “Maths of the Day.” This is an online resource program, which uses PE and Active Learning as a vehicle to raise attainment in mathematics.
