Is plastic fantastic?
We had a workshop this morning and the question was 'Is plastic fantastic?'. We heard off people different explores, we discussed if plastic is actually fantastic. We discovered facts about plastic usage and waste. We listened to an artist as he explained how plastic waste can be recycled into artwork. We have learnt a lot about plastic and its effects on the environment.

Autumn term: Seeing and drawing like an artist. Children have been learning how the use of shapes, shading, and texture in art, enhances their drawing skills. It emphasises developing a sense of light and dark, using frottage for texture, and experimenting with different tools to create expressive and abstract art. They have all enjoyed being creative.
